TROUBLESHOOTING:
I hooked the rocker to the TV but I'm not getting any sound.
Jacks on the front of the TV are typically "inputs". Make sure the connection plugs from the rocker go into the outputs in the back of the TV.
I can't find any jacks labeled "output" on my TV.
Some TVs do not have outputs. Some TVs require you to switch on the outputs through an on-screen menu. Older model TVs may need a "workaround" solution. Consult your owner's material that explains in detail how to build one.
Only one speaker seems to be working.
Make sure all connections between the output device and the chair are snug. If that doesn't correct the problem, unplug the rocker and remove the two screws on the control panel and slide it out. Make sure the connecting wires are snug, and then return the unit into the rocker, and tighten the screws back up.
