Thank you so much for your help in ordering the perfect gift for my three youngest grand-daughters. ( I will confide that I had ordered this exact table and chairs from another site over a week ago and was given a delivery date of a week. Today they told me is was unavailable until after Christmas. What Gives? I canceled my order immediately and found your site and could not be happier.) You were so kind and polite.

I can say one reason I'm glad I ordered from your company is the people behind your operation. I am always a little reluctant, in these days of hackers and identity theft, to put my credit card information in cyber-space. So I decided to call in the order. Wonder of wonders, due to the time difference, I was actually able to speak to a "live person", not an automated system. And the young woman who took the order was just about as pleasant and helpful as could be. I think that is the big difference between companies in the overcrowded cities of the East, staffed with rude, unintelligible workers, and a firm like yours, located in the wholesome Mid-West with courteous and articulate people on the other end of the line. I know mine was not a big order and certainly won't make or break your company, but it was a pleasant experience (the ordering part---I haven't received the merchandise yet, but assuming it will be 100% correct).
