Description

The solid Baltic birch Handcrafted Play Table will support 300 pounds and will fit the play surfaces for train sets and others. Easy assembly with metal to metal connector bolts. Available in natural lacquer and unfinished, ready for stain or paint.


Little Colorado is a Green Company
All finishes are water-based, low-VOC made by Sherwin Williams and other American manufacturers. Wood raw materials come from environmentally responsible suppliers. MDF used is manufactured by Plum Creek, and is certified green, CARB-compliant, and low-formaldehyde. All packing insulation is 100% post-consumer recycled. All shipping cartons are either 100% post-consumer recycled or are made of recycled cardboard.

      We bought this table for our 19month old son to use as a table for his train set. It's a perfect size for his height (he's tall for his age) and because its made of solid wood its sturdy enough for the times he climbs on it to get a train. We also got it pre-stained and that has made it really easy to clean up his spills. Great table and I am so glad I went with this table vs. some of the cheaper train-only tables made of particle board.

      Service and delivery comments:

      They said they would deliver it on our before Christmas and it showed up on Christmas Eve.

        I bought this for my grandkids as a train table. They are young, 2 & 3, and are crazy about trains. This is the perfect size for them to play on and I can get my dining room table back. It was ultra simple to assemble and with a few decals added, it looks like it was made for their train sets. The price was also a plus. I especially like the sturdiness of it.

              I am so pleased with this table. I bought it to put my 2 year old daughter's trains and dollhouse on so she would have beter access. She LOVES it! She has played at the table almost constantly since I bought it. It wasn't hard to put together, and it looks and feels very sturdy. It is made of real wood and looks very well made and tasteful. I am so pleased with my purchase.

              I was pleased with the delivery time. I believe it came much earlier than I was told originally. It came in one box, nicely packed.

              [...]easy to put together. [...]Our son received it for his birthday and he loves playing blocks, cars and trains on it. It keeps the toys off the floor with the lip that goes around the edge of the table. The table is a very good height for a 4 year old, allowing him to play while standing up or sitting in a chair. Big enough for playtime, but small enough not to engulf his bedroom.
